Welcome to the Birches at Deer Park. Spacious third floor condominium with deck overlooking the Pemigewasset River. The acclaimed resort offers beautifully maintained amenities such as a recreation/fitness center, racquetball courts, indoor pool and jacuzzi, lockers/showers, sandy beach on a crystal-clear pond and outdoor ice skating. Walking distance to the center of North Woodstock town and most amenities along Rte 112 in Lincoln.

Master bedroom with a queen bed and private bath, 1 queen bed in the front room and 2 bunk beds to sleep 4 people in the back room sharing a joint bathroom. WIFI, and cable available. Unit is equipped with a full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher and laundry along with many other amenities.

We had a great time with my wife and 2 month old baby. The condo has everything you need for a cozy NH vacation. 2 minute drive to town. Would definitely stay here again!

Property was a listed and in a beautiful location, especially right on the river. Pool/fitness center hours could be better, but still a great place to stay in the White Mountains!

The condo and the property were a perfect place to stay. The third floor was a great place to watch the river from. The lake on the property had great scenery and was very relaxing. The Donkey Kong game was a great bonus for our two boys. We also enjoyed the board games. We would recommend this property for a nice stay in the White Mountains.

This was a great place for our group! The kids had their own room that they loved, tons of board games and blocks for the kids and the adults loved the view and the donkey Kong. Super clean and such a cozy place for our winter weekend getaway.

Great location with a fantastic view.

Unfortunately, my wife got sick on our trip. She had to stay in. The saving grace was she had a fantastic view of the trees and river from the master bedroom. She said it helped tremendously.

Great Stay

Condo is very clean, spacious and comfy. Owner was kind and attentive during booking and after arrival. Relax on the deck while listening to the river Deer Park is great for families. The older ones tend to get a little bored but to be fair the rec center and pool are not open. I am sure this would of taken up some of their time. We rented paddle boards for the lake that were dropped off and picked up by waters edge. Overall excellent stay, great park and the weather was perfect.

We are repeat customers, and this is our second ski weekend at this condo. It is an incredibly clean, comfortable, well appointed space, and the decor (and Donkey Kong!) just add to the overall quality and experience. We stayed with my family (3 tween/teenagers) and mother. The owner communicates immediately. We ran into a minor appliance glitch, and we also decided to leave the night before checkout to avoid an incoming snow storm, and the owner refunded us some money for our inconvenience--completely above and beyond. If we return to ski in the area again, we will definitely re-book.

All conveniences of home while away

We arrived late, 1130p, but had the building to ourselves, directions provided by Merry were very helpful to find the right building at night. We found everything we need and then some. My daughter (3.5yo) was very excited with the dvd collection, recently into muppets and always loves mickey. She had her own chair to eat at the table and kids plates, cups, bowls, and utensils. Loved playing with the tub of legos, bean bag pillow, and climbing the bunk beds. Everything seemed brand new, bedding, towles, dishes, pans, cooking utelsils, all excellent condition. We enjoyed the deck on the river and left the window open to hear the river at night andd when waking up. Didnt get a chance to check out the pool but did walk the trail and went down to the waterfall. Very enjoyable trip and would highly recommend this condo.

My husband and I have been taking our kids up to NH since they were born. We live in Massachusetts but have always considered the mountains of NH and the Lincoln/Woodstock area our "Happy Place". After years of being a renter in the area we have finally purchased our vacation home and are excited to share it with other families looking for a great vacation spot. We love to ski, hike, bike, run and check out all the different activities the area has to offer.

Why they chose this property

We chose Deer Park because of the location and setting. The grounds are perfect for letting the kids ride their bikes, taking a stroll after dinner, sitting by the lake or floating down the river right out front of our building. It's also close to several ski areas, lots of hiking and other activities and is easily accessible off the highway. We've rented many different places but when it came to purchasing it was without question Deer Park.

What makes this property unique

In addition to everything in the area of Lincoln/Woodstock, Deer Park offers the luxury of not having to leave the property to have a good time. We have a beautiful recreation center with indoor pool, game room with pool tables, indoor squash courts, outdoor tennis courts, a beautiful lake with a sandy beach and a flowing river out back.
