Great Place!

Hard to even summarize how nice this condo was! Very clean and well equipped kitchen. Layout was awesome and the large dinning table was great for family to gather for meals and game night. You can’t go wrong staying here if your going to Lincoln, NH area.

The condo was excellent, very clean and comfortable. We loved the fireplace and living area. Very close to Loon Mountain and very easy check-in procedure. Brenda was very accommodating! Would love to return next winter!

Outstanding Loon rental

We’ve stayed in Loon multiple times and this rental is our favorite so far. It was spacious, clean, and the village itself is new and open. Highly recommend!

Great NH location

Enjoyed our quick NH getaway at this property. We’ve stayed in the area a dozen times but this was our first stay at Forest Ridge. Location was perfect. Easily accessible to highway and Kancamagus but also set back from the main road and quiet and peaceful. Property was clean and easily accessible. Would definitely recommend!

This was the perfect fall getaway! The apartment was comfortable and spacious for our family of 5.We got to use both the terrace and the fireplace for cozy evenings. We are an active family of five. We love the White Mountains, and especially skiing at Loon Mountain in the Winter. With three school aged children we are very busy in the summer months, and not able to visit the the condo often. We decided to share our home away from home with VRBO.

It has everything we need for our family, plus space for a few friends to share in the fun. We love enjoying our condo with extended family and friends. We chose this property for it's location, quality furnishings, top floor location (high ceilings and less noises from above) and the great amenities & awesome upkeep at Forest Ridge.

What makes this property unique

Our unit is a unique rental because we also use it for ourselves. The upkeep and maintenance has an owner's touch, rather than what you often find in rental only units. We love bringing our family to this condo and think you will too.
