2nd Floor, 1 Br / 1 Ba With Sofa Bed In The Living Room

We are on the Greenwich/New York border which is less than a 10-minute drive to Port Chester, Rye. Walk to the Greenwich train with easy access to NYC.

Your area includes living room, kitchen, 1 bedroom, and your own private bathroom. Separate entry to 2nd floor. Pull out sofa bed in the living room. We are asking all guests to take shoes off to the 2nd floor since it is all carpet. Free Wifi and Cable TV.

We are a quiet, friendly couple who are happy to share our house. We're eager to provide as much information as we can to help make your stay enjoyable. Please always feel free to ask us about anything and be sure to let us know about anything we've overlooked or run out of.

We're pretty busy during the week, but when we're not, we love to stop and chat with guests who have time and inclination. We are respectful of those who prefer to be left alone to rest or enjoy the privacy of the suite.

I was very pleased and comfortable. The unit was beautifully clean and had everything I needed for a lovely stay. The bedroom was very comfortable and it was quiet! Clean and convenient

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It was only a short walk to downtown Greenwich, full of shops and restaurants. The train into NYC is right there, too. The owners were responsive and super helpful, letting me check in early to help with my online work schedule.

Immaculate apartment

Pleasure to stay in such a clean well organized user friendly pleasant apartment property owner or was a extremely flexible and a helpful in many different ways. Close to train station .we loved the place plenty of parking as well. We have stayed at many home away locations and this was probably our best experience ever.

My spouse and I, with our daughter now living in Brooklyn, all just tasted Greenwich and the Litchfield Hills for the first, but not last, time, from this place. It was perfect. Spacious and comfortable. Great light from all directions. Quiet always within the apartment and quiet from traffic from dusk to dawn. At least 3 or 4 very good restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Close to everything in Greenwich. We had a thermostat to regulate cooling and heating in our space, much appreciated for the quick changes in weather. Water was truly hot when needed. The kitchen is well equipped, and, gratefully, included a coffee pod machine and pods to start our days. The host was friendly and easily accessible.Having done a lot of short stay traveling in recent years, we highly recommend this place.

Very comfortable apartment

The apartment was lovely. It was well-appointed (good knives, pans, etc.). Beds, including the excellent sofa bed, were very comfortable. Very quiet, with excellent WiFi which helped my working there. Convenient to Everything. Communication with the owners was prompt and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Convenient and just what we needed!

Comfortable and clean

Super convenient location (walk to train and restaurants), clean, comfortable bed and sleeper sofa (no springs! It's an American Leather sleeper!), nice towels and sheets (major plus if you're concerned about cleanliness is the comforter had a duvet. Great to know it's clean unlike the big comforters in so many hotels that can't possibly be washed between guests.), excellent water pressure, love the storage in the bathroom mirror, and little extras like shampoo and conditioner. Easy to settle in and have a good night's rest after running around all day.

Charming historic house

Well outfitted house. Comfortable to hang out in and to sleep. Kitchen is well stocked with the basics A few suggestions- Fix the mr coffee maker and stock regular creamer ( not French vanilla) Replace all the bed pillows. Every pillow is old and smells used. Also a reasonable sheet set of 100% cotton (at least 300 thread count) would be lovely

Extended Stay in Greenwich
