The A/C in the main room was tripped I reset it numerous times and it would not work. The one in the bedroom was the same way(tripped) I reset it and it worked for every 4 hours or so and I could reset it after it tripped and we were able to keep it semi cool. Finally we left early Sunday as it was too hot. The contact claims he never got the message that I sent on Friday as he never responded. Too late way too late as we had to leave early due to the situation.

Unfortunately that was the case. We have screenshots to prove that the message never came through. We asked the guest to call and confirm the glitch but it’s easier to write a negative review that will impact our listing negatively even though the review isn’t true. Also, in the future, the platform isn’t the only way of communicating a problem; we have two phone numbers listed: one to the owner and the other to the property manager; if we knew the problem existed, we could’ve had it resolved. The guest never bothered to contact us by phone either.
