Airlie Beach Excellence

Stunning views, stress free stay!

Really appreciated the stress free booking and entry / exit process. Apartment was lovely with plenty of room for a family of four. A very short drive down the hill to the main street of Airlie Beach with access to a variety of restaurants and facilities including the large open lagoon.

Great view. Nice accommodations with all amenities. The ac was out in the main room and they had it fixed the same day A little short on towels and toilet paper but so nice overall. The covered porch was great to eat or sit and relax. The pool was amazing

A good decision

Provided a very comfortable stay. A clean and beautifully presented property. Great views to the sea from the lounge and the balcony. We are in our 70s so having a car was essential to get up the steep street. Only five minutes by car to shops and marina.

Fantastic apartment

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment the place was extremely comfortable and clean with a stunning view to watch the sunrise every morning on the balcony.Very well equipped with everything you need.Pool was amazing.The process from booking to checkout was easy and very fast response.Would recommend staying here for anyone,walking distance to main street only 10 minutes or a cheap taxi ride home up the hill.Very quiet and comfy bed.Thankyou for a great stay.

Great location, great property

Incredible apartment with amazing views. Apartment was modern and clean and had everything we needed. Communal pool was clean and well maintained. Other residents (many are permanent or long term) were friendly and helpful. Needed to contact the host a couple of times in regards to minor enquiries, responses were prompt and helpful. Cant wait to go back.

Great views

Spacious, airy, clean apartment with a lovely view of the ocean. Only a 10 - 15 minute walk to lagoon and heart of Airlie including a bit of a hill on the way back. Fully equipped kitchen with a great variety of teas, and cooking essentials and a laundry with a generous tub of laundry powder. Property manager Brandi was very accomodating and responsive to queries. A lovely experience overall and we would definitely stay here again.

10 day stay for honeymoon.

Good location, good view good Pool. Floor was filthy like the place hadn't been cleaned. The master bedroom bed was horrible to sleep in had a massive lump down the middle and u big dents on either side, i contacted the agent Brandi but she didnt want to help at all do that basicly wrecked the sleep side of the holiday as we then had to sleep in the single beds for the rest of the trip

Guest stayed for 6 nights at half price rate. Complained on day 5 about the main bed (Which was a new over $3,000 mattress from Harvey Norman); I immediately got staff to attend, and she video called me while at the property. She said it was the most comfortable bed she had ever been on. Guest also complained floors where not clean but reported this after 5 days stay. Again the cleaner did attend again on the Wednesday. I refused any compensation as it was becoming clear these guests were scamming to get a refund of some kind. You can’t provide refunds for a mattress preference. I also don’t appreciate being blackmailed before him reviewing. Our apartment averages 5 out of 5 100% of the time.

There is a lift to the second floor which makes the access easy whether you are young or old.The unit is close to supermarkets, restaurants, ice-cream parlours and of course the weekend markets.The Hosts are efficient and amazing!I 100% recommend this property for a long stay or even just a quick get away.

Great unit with good view. Stayed for a week but would have loved to have stayed longer. The only thing I would have liked was a larger bath towel.(for my larger body) . Made good use of the new Webber b.b.q.

Comfortable and clean - home away from home.

Unit itself was clean and fully equipped. Everything was catered for perfectly, unlike some units where you have to go and purchase some things on arrival. The view is beautiful of Airlie and the mountains. The unit is a bit of a walk from the Main Street of Town but you can still hear the nightlife. I would say you might need a car when staying this far up the hill but of course depends on your love/level of fitness. Overall, we would definitely stay here again. Thanks for having us and see you in 12 months time.
