Long Beach is one of the best beaches in New York! It’s close to the city, yet feels like an oasis in another country. The white sand beach is aLeah’s clean, the restaurants are amazing, the area is very safe & the people make this town one of the best places to staycation in New York.
What makes this property unique
This luxury condo is in a beautiful, newly renovated, boutique building that doesn’t have many units, yet has all the modern amenities that a luxury resort offers like the pool, Sauna, gym, & large Patio. It’s directly on the beach with a beautiful new boardwalk It’s in a prime location; a few blocks from LIRR, all the best restaurants, Starbucks & all the stores & shops. This a one of a kind building in the best location of Long Beach, period.
