The house is brand new, spacious with all necessary confort in a quite neighberhood

Great house! a couple of suggestions for the owners: 1. Add a couple of beside table lights, once you turn off the main light, it's completely dark. 2. Doors are a bit noisy. 3. No where to put your soap in the shower. 4. Even thou you do have curtains in the rooms, but the morning sun is very bright.

Loved the house!

My family and I loved the house, it surpassed our expectations. We felt secured, and close to everything that we wanted to do. The kids really enjoyed the pool and waterfall. We will definitely will be going back!

Great stay

Staying at this house was a great experience, not only is the place well kept and spacious but location is great because is near a lot of things in Santiago. The house is equipped with everything you need for a vacation stay, kitchen was nice with appliances that work and are clean and well kept. My kids enjoyed the pool immensely. The owner Julissa was available any time we called and her cleaning lady was very nice, she was there when we got there and showed us the house and where everything was that we would need. In addition the house is very secured not only are you in a gated community with 24/7 security but all the locks on windows and doors work and you have security cameras around the house That you can monitor. Another big plus was clean towels and extra pillows. This is a great house if you are traveling with kids. We lost power one night for about 3 hours but that was it, there is no back up generator but again power is not an issue in this area. My only recommendation is to provide extra garbage bags and the guest bathroom needs a toilet seat. All other bathrooms were fine. Julissa thank you for everything we will be recommending this place to friends and family.

Great stay would love to come back!

The location was great for us. The neighborhood was very quiet, clean and safe. It is in a gated community. Having the grocery store down the street was very convenient. The property owner gave us great advice that a motorcycle service will bring groceries, pizza, water or beer to the house. The call in number for this service speak English. I would like to stay at this property again. The property was exceptionally clean.
