Great location for battlefield tourism! The kitchen was fully stocked and the beds are comfy. Bathroom had all the amenities ready to go if you did not bring your own stuff. John and Kim are excellent hosts and can’t thank them enough for the hospitality.

The apartment was so cozy! It was quiet and warm. The kitchen was well appointed. All the beds were comfortable and the hosts were very helpful and easy to get to contact. The location was near restaurants and stores. Even the neighbors were friendly! We enjoyed our stay immensely.

I booked this apartment because I was catering for an event in the area for the weekend and I need a place to hold my food and warm it up. The kitchen was well equipped. The apartment itself was spacious and quiet. I especially appreciated how I arrived late to the apartment and the owners made sure I made it in safely. Thank you again for your hospitality. If I ever need to book in the area again, I will book again.

Great short stay

We had a great short stay at John’s apartment. The location was in a nice quiet neighborhood close to several sites and downtown Fredericksburg. The apartment was clean and provided everything we needed. The kitchen was great and well stocked. John was very responsive and provided good communication throughout.

Cool, clean and comfortable.

Clean, well stocked with extra touches like coffee, cream, sugar and snacks. We had friends in the area so basically we just slept there but was great to still have our own space.

Very clean and convenient

Was in Fredericksburg to visit family and attend to personal matters. The location, just off Rt. 3, was super convenient but in a quiet neighborhood. Check in/check out was easy and hosts responded quickly to any questions. Not fancy but very nice.
