The host grew up in Memphis and I as the co-host have been living here for 7+ years. I've hosted guests in NYC as well and have always enjoyed enhancing the traveling experience of others as I myself love to travel but also feel the comfort of home.

This neighborhood is great for many reasons. The neighbors take great care of their homes and neighborhood, Overton Park is very close with so many outdoor indoor possibilities. It's centrally located so all needs are within 5-20 minutes.
What makes this property unique
Our home is wonderful for vintage and modern minded people alike. We have updated the property to meet modern needs while preserving a few of the original design touches. The large garage and yard extend the space and comfort.
