I don’t recommend using this host for anything.She canceled our stay because the bathroom on the floor was inoperable and I stated that I would have to take it due to reservations being made several months before and this so call host lied about the whole situation on the night we were in route to this house. She will get what she deserves one day. I would never do anyone the way she did my family!!!!!!!! You SORRY!!!!

The host cancelled our reservation on the day of check-in, leaving our group of nine scrambling to find accommodations while traveling from Texas to Florida. As a result, we lost a planned beach day and had to move between multiple rentals due to limited availability.The host cited “environmental” reasons for the cancellation. However, VRBO defines this as events such as hurricanes or natural disasters, and there were no such conditions reported anywhere along the Gulf Coast or in Florida during our stay.Prior to the cancellation, there had been a misunderstanding caused by changes the host made to the listing after our booking. VRBO facilitated a resolution that both parties accepted, making the subsequent cancellation even more concerning.VRBO’s customer service team responded quickly and professionally, and their support helped us salvage our trip. They also covered the incremental costs of last-minute accommodations, which we appreciated.That said, the timing and stated reason for the host’s cancellation raise serious concerns. Based on our experience, we would not recommend renting from this host.
