First the good...., The onlince booking was smooth and simple. The home and rooms were excellent.Trip was for adults on a golf outing, it was good to have a home that was mainly set up for adults without bunk beds.The not so good....,When we arived we found the home devoid of all the necessaties listed on the welcome email.There was not a single roll of toilet paper in the home, no dishwaher pods, no dishwashing liquid, no paper towwels and no sponge to clean dishes.Called the management company (Jeeves), I was told they would deliver the next day. When we got home from our golf outing the items were not delivered.We could not find the WiFi password, again we called Jeeves. I was told they will email the password. Like the supplies the email never arived.By this time it was day 2 of a 3 day trip, so we gave up on the wifi and picked up and paid for the supplies that were promised.We would stay tat the home again if the issues with the management company (Jeeves) could be resolved.

Wonderful home but had to call either the owner or the management company every single day as the alarm box started beeping 2 AM 6 AM every single day of the 14 days that we were there, somebody had to wake up get out of bed and reset the alarm. Every single day twice during the night.

Our hosts were great and the house was amazing. The neighborhood was quiet with a water park that was bigger than I imagined possible in a neighborhood. The house is a super easy 15-18 minute drive to all of the Disney World Parks and 30 minutes to the Universal Parks. Only 1:15 to Kennedy Space Center.The house is huge and very well appointed (pool, hot tub, game room, cooking utensils/pots/pans, etc. When we come back to Orlando next time, we would stay here again.

I would have liked to rate excellent but a couple of issues were not up to par. Furniture in living room was torn and dirty, so were dining room chairs. Paid for a week of pool heat but it took into the third day for it to be turned on. Location and setup of house was great for our family but house needs a refresh

The stay was great. This stay was for a siblings trip. There were 15 of us and the house was very cozy. It was clean and comfortable. Some suggestions for improvement include: Adding more kitchen supplies. One set of pots and pans was not enough for our large group. There also were not enough cooking utensils and based on our previous experience at other homes (We have a trip every year in a large home like this) one set of towels for an entire week is not sufficient. I also suggest you include a grill in the price as most homes have a grill included. We do take partial responsibility for that as we did not realize a grill was not included. Instructions for heating the pool could have been helpful. We also went to Finns which was wonderful to have right there on the premises. I suggest you get a menu from Finns and place it in the book you have at the home. Your cleaning crew should turn on each TV to ensure they all work because two or three of the tv's in the bedrooms did not work. This will allow you to rectify the situation before or as soon as your next family arrives. The table in the dining area could use deep cleaning under the glass. I make these suggestions because the house is great, in a great location and could be even better with the appropriate changes. When it comes time to come back to Florida we would love to come back to this house with the proper changes.

Place was amazing. Had 11 people staying for a golf trip and met all of our needs. Very clean and resolved any issue we had almost immediately. Would definitely come back to stay again.

Lots of space, great location and great hosts

We had 12 guys for a golf tournament and everyone commented this had been the best house to accommodate everyone. Having 2 dishwashers, 2 sets of washers dryers, 2 fridges and a large dining table was SO nice. Will be staying there again for sure. Great neighborhood, great communication from hosts and very responsive!

Needs Upgrade

We were a family of 14 and the overall space and bedrooms were great! However the carpets need cleaning or better yet replacing. The couches were dirty, the coffee table all banged up. Dining table was great but lots of crumbs stuck under glass, Kitchen was good space with plenty of silverware, glasses and plates. However no mixing bowls, one cookie sheet, no serving bowls and worst of all no oven mitts (that is dangerous!) Had to order and pay extra for a grill. House is in a great location. Water park was fun! Bathrooms and bedrooms were clean. I do not know how many years owners have been renting this house but I would only stay here again if they upgrade/redo some of their furnishings.

House in disrepair - AVOID

The hits just kept coming on this trip - highly recommend avoiding this one! Due to a character limit I'm having to redo this post with bullet points... . No upstairs A/C for 2.5 days . Downstairs A/C failed on day 2 - was down for 1.5 days . Upstairs was far too hot fornthe family at night to sleep well . Fire alarm panel went off every single day - property management had to give me an override code - but the poor dogs hated it going off . Wife missed a full day of parks waiting on an hvac company to do a no-show . Unresponsive owners took 1.5 days to approve a repair to fix the a/c unit . No response to requests for 2 day refund on the property. Was told by VRBO that because we stayed we wouldnt qualify - but YOU try moving 7 adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs!!! . Property management offered free pool heating for the inconvenience- but it was never turned on. . Won't get reimbursed fornthe $140 i spent on fans trying to help people sleep for 2 nights in the upstairs rooms that were far too hot. All said - the first 3 days were miserable almost 50% of our trip - plus wasted money on park tickets for my wife - VRBO AND the host have a lot to answer for.

The house is larger inside than it appears from the outside. Each bedroom has a bathroom which was the best. Having the playroom was really nice too. The community pool was really nice for the kids too.

House Review

We stay in Encore multiple times a year for cheer competitions, the location has always been great for our group of families and we have been booking houses in this area for over 6 years now. We actually realized we stayed in this exact house years ago for another cheer competition. House is spacious and great for big groups. We had no real issues except there were some repairs the house could use that I did report to the rental company upon checking out, they were noted, Nothing that effected our stay so we just let the office know. I would say the house could use a deep clean, I sat on the floor in the living room and noticed what looked like an old spilled drink under the couch and some other stains on the floor. Also, one of the things we noted to the rental company is that the AC probably needs to be checked downstairs, it got very warm in that area of the house. Thankfully some of the rooms had box fans so those came in handy! My only other note is that I got an email about damaged towels, wash clothes, a bath mat and a king sheet ?? No response yet to what the damage was, but they are white towels so i am guessing they just need to be washed. I am not even sure there were as many towels in the house as the ones that said were damaged as there were only two sets per bathroom??? But regardless, we did enjoy our stay.

The house was very clean and spacious. There were 2 refrigerators which was extremely helpful. I like the fact that all unused or unwanted food was donated to local charity or food bank. The only downfall was there were no other instructions for checking out. We were not sure whether or not to strip the beds, place towels in washer, or run the dishwasher.

I'd have given this place 5 stars but there were many things wrong that we had to report. The response to fix these things was fast and no one seemed angry at our constant reporting. Because the response was so fast, I can only guess that previous guests just hadn't reported the things that were broken or missing. We tried to leave the house in better condition than when we got there due to having many things repaired. Still to be repaired: The light on one fridge is out for the water setting, the long blinds on the back windows of the house need some repair, there's a stain on the rug in one of the main floor bedrooms, and the Mickey and Minnie room wallpaper is falling off. Still waiting for the roller wheels on one of the dishwashers when we left. Other than that, it'd be nice to have the pet fee refunded when there's no indication at all that pets were there. Our elderly pups don't smell, drool, shed, have accidents, or tear up furniture. 😄 They just lie around and sleep all day. 😂

The house was great. Had a problem with the. BBQ that we ordered and wasn’t delivered till Tuesday morning. It also was old and needed a cleaning. One dishwasher had a problem with the bottom rack as two sets of wheels weee missing Toasted was broken but there was a new one in the closet

Would stay again

We just left this property after 8 days and wish we could have stayed longer. We had our entire clan of 18 there. Plenty of room and very well kept. We could all spread out if needed but room for all of us to gather for meals. Unbelievable 15 minute ride to all the Disney parts. The water park area was incredible and loved by the kids. Had couple small maintenance issues but Jeeves Management was on it same day. Dual dishwashers and washer and dryers really made it comfortable. The pool was great and recommend heating spa for all the after parks aches and pains. Best VRBO property we have ever stayed at.
