Except for the difficulty of checking for traffic when pulling out of the driveway our stay was wonderful. We loved the location and the home was pristine. Our only suggestion would be to trim the shrubs to make exiting the drive way safer.

We were completely happy with this rental house! It was very clean and updated. It had everything we needed and was just a short walk away from the beach, marina, and a playground for my little one. We also loved eating our breakfast outside on the patio every morning. We would definitely rent this house again!

Conveniently Located Getaway

My husband and I stayed with our two teenage daughters for a week. It is pet friendly, however we ended up leaving our pup at home and were glad we had. She is very active, and while there is a decent sized back yard we don't think it would have been enough for her. There are plenty of places for walking. The marina is a quick walk up the street, and the side streets were all pretty quiet. The house is situated on a corner of Town Neck which is quite busy with traffic most of the day. The Town Neck beach and boardwalk are about a 25 minute walk from the house. Our girls walked down a few times. There are several ice cream shops and restaurants within a 10 minute walk from the house and we took advantage of that pretty much every evening. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, and pots/pans. We brought our own towels and linens. Blankets were provided, however we did wash most of them at the Laundromat as they had hair all over them. We understand this is a pet friendly home and we have pets of our own, so it wasn't a big deal to us. The house was renovated completely a few years back, and everything is updated and modern. There are 3 TVs with plenty of streaming options. Our girls stayed in the back room which had two pull out sofa beds. The room with the twin trundle beds was pretty small for them, but would be fine for smaller kiddos. The master bedroom and bathroom were perfect. Overall, a nice place that's conveniently located and perfect for a small family.

Such a great house and location!

Luckily the weather cooperated for the week this year, because we had a fantastic week at this property! The home was very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We had talked about doing more day trips and visits but enjoyed the place so much that we didn’t really leave (except to go out to eat/ice cream, and to the beach! Thanks!!

Much Needed Relaxation.

I booked this week to get away and relax. The cottage and location was perfect. Easy to walk to places to eat, ice cream and a short (2 minute) drive to the beach. The cottage was adorable and very clean. Thank you for sharing your house with us and our dog, Lucy.
