Gorgeous villa in the Hollywood Hills. We have designed the outdoor grand patio to serve as an outdoor living room, complete with spa beds and multiple loungers. Best location ever, walk to the Hollywood Bowl, Runyon Canyon, the walk of fame or Yamashiro restaurant! Up here you will be surrounded by lush trees, hummingbirds and complete serenity! This multi-million dollar property will have you coming back! The gorgeous sunsets sparkle throughout the house. Perfect for a small groups, families and friends.

This is a triplex VILLA property that shares a grand outdoor patio & pool. Feel free to use the BBQ and dine alfresco while sipping on a glass of wine by the pool with the twinkling night lights in the hills...
It's super peaceful here, we are surrounded by lots of trees and hummingbirds!

This unit is the entire top penthouse floor of the main house.
You have exclusive access to this private top floor house unit which has a full kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Common areas you are welcome to enjoy are the grand patio deck with views of the hills and the pool! Pool is seasonal, it is solar heated.

One parking spot (in the garage) will be available if you require a spot, I will be able to arrange with advance notice. Uber is recommended for traveling around LA. Security cameras are monitoring outdoor areas for safety.
