Welcome to your peaceful private Los Angeles escape! Located in Del Rey, our spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath house main house with a guest house in the back is the perfect spot for work trips, extended stays, or family visits. We are less than 3 miles to the beach, and walking distance to great restaurants and the Marina Marketplace. The main house has 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, perfect for families or groups. The guest house Includes a dedicated work area/desk, a low EMF infared sauna, and a Peloton bike for your workouts, and a full bathroom. The private backyard has space for dining al fresco and 2 flat screen smart tv's. Enjoy your favorite shows from the private hot tub or or soaking up the California sunshine. Whether you’re here for work, wellness, or relaxation, this home has something for everyone and we'd be happy to host you!
