Wake up in the morning with birds chirping, open the curtains and appreciate the panoramic views of the City. Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio by the waterfall pool and have your breakfast with family & friends in the nook. Go for a jog at Griffith Park next door and visit the Griffith Observatory. Experience being a tourist by taking the metro (walking distance) to the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Universal Studios or Downtown LA, all within 10-15 minutes driving distance from the Villa. Come back home from an eventful day, turn on the fireplace and prepare to BBQ outdoors or cook a family style dinner in the gourmet kitchen. End the night with your favorite wine by the pool relaxing in the warm Jacuzzi/spa.

* The Tuscan Hollywood Villa is privately gated property and is tucked in a quiet neighborhood in the Los Feliz hills with 24 hour security patrol in the area. It is a fully furnished gated property with panoramic views of the City & Downtown LA. It offers 4 bedrooms with a loft and 3 1/2 bathrooms. One bedroom is located on the first level for guest with difficulty with stairs and the loft can be used as an office or an additional sleeping quarters, if needed. The Villa offers Spa/Jacuzzi , Waterfall Pool, gourmet kitchen, patio, front yard & backyard.

The Villa is well maintained with Pool man, Gardener. It is equipped with a security alarm system, has 2 Fireplaces, central Heat & Air, Satellite TV, WI-FI, flat screen TVs, CD/DVD Players, Washer & Dryer, Private Pool, BBQ, Outdoor Dining in front and back yard. 24 Hour patrol security. Gourmet kitchen w/ Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Ice Maker, All cooking utensils and linens are provided.

*Gated hillside property, full view of Downtown L.A. all the way to the ocean on clear days.

Great location and views in Los Angeles

My family (ages 2 to 67) stayed in the house for five nights in November. We were able to use the large kitchen to prep food to my family's house for Thanksgiving. The location was great for getting around the sprawling L.A. We were able to see family in Los Feliz, but also catch the Los Angeles Zoo, the Natural History Museum, and downtown L.A. among other things. And I must endorse the vast views overlooking the hills from the first and second floor -- thoroughly stunning.

Elegance with warmth, beauty and comfort

Dear Pascale, What a wonderful place that you and your wife have. It was perfect for both my work which a location for a photo shoot was needed and also when I had my family with...WHAT A GREAT PLACE FOR MY KIDS! The pool was fantastic and the rooms and layout of everything was perfect and well thought out for comfort. I loved cooking in the kitchen but really loved that my husband could grill in the back and have that pinic table. The views were spectacular a feeling of being Hawaii was diffently there. Great neighborhood! Very safe and close to all the wonderful LA SPOTS! This was truly one of our best vacations ever. We will be back! You were easy to work with and accomendating which we appreciated. Thank you again no one will go wrong in renting this absoulty wonderful and elegant palace!

Can not recommend renting from this owner

My friends and I rented this house for a bachelorette weekend. The photos are accurate. However, there were a few things about the experience that prevent me from recommending this home and owner to other travelers. 1. We were disappointed to learn, upon receiving the rental agreement, that the owner charges an additional, *significant* premium to heat the pool. 2. The house was not appointed for the number of guests we had on the lease. For example, there were only 5 forks in the entire kitchen; we had 8 guests. We had to buy additional silverware. 3. The owner withheld money from our security deposit for a charge associated with a false alarm that happened hours after we checked out of the home and armed the alarm. Because this was the second false alarm at the house in this calendar year, the LAPD charged extra for responding. The owner insisted we pay the full premium charge, though we of course had nothing to do with previous alarms. He refused to return even of a portion of the money associated with the false alarm. His behavior in this matter was unethical and dishonest, and therefore I cannot recommend renting from this owner.

The additional luxury, of a heated pool, is associated with extra costs (utilities). California utilities are significant and such fees are simply passed on and made clear prior to booking. Prior to the reservation, all rates along with the terms and conditions are stated in the rental agreement. There are no hidden fees or overcharges. Renting a multi-million dollar home comes with responsibilities which include locking and securing the property. Failing to do so may result in a false alarm or possible theft. Any loss or fees associated with such a RARE event will be forwarded with a copy of a police report and invoice, as it was in this case. I don’t understand how any of this was unethical or dishonest when all documents were provided and no additional funds were held due to negligence. I invite guests to read comments of many of my prior vacationers, who have returned to enjoy the property again, to make an informed decision.

Great Place to enjoy with Family and Friends

Was in town for my daughters wedding. We found it very comfortable accommodating 10 of us. I found it to be everything described and then some. Pascal met us at the property and gave us a tour of the place which was a nice touch. He was easy to work with from booking to check out. The views of LA are spectacular. The hot tub was a great place to relax after all the festivities. I would definatley book this plac again when we are visiting the LA area. Thanks for your hospitality Pascal!

A little slice of heaven!

Property was lovely. Felt like we were in a Mediterranean villa. View was stunning anytime day or night. Pascal was always available when we had minor questions. Neighborhood was lovely and quiet and secure. Felt like a special getaway yet conveniently located to attractions and restaurants. We hated to leave and will definitely be back.

House was absolutely amazing!

Pascal was great, he communicated everything and answered any questions or doubts right away. The house was beautiful and kept very well. Everything was clean, it felt very cozy and the views were breathtaking. We will definitely stay there again next time we are in CA.

Large Slice of Paradise Near Downtown

My husband had a week-long conference in downtown LA. We lived here years ago, and thought it would be nice to bring our kids for a visit/vacation while he worked. Friends from Oregon joined us, so we were 9 total. If you need a large house near downtown, they are few and far between. This one fits the bill, and is super clean and comfortable as well! That it is near the Griffith Observatory, Hollywood sign, Walk of Fame, etc made it even better. We spent our days sightseeing with our friends, and our afternoons in the pool and jacuzzi. Nights, we felt comfortable leaving our teenaged kids in charge of the younger ones while the adults went out for nice dinners -- the property is gated, with 24-hour neighborhood patrol, so we felt very safe doing this. We did cook breakfast and some lunches every day as the kitchen was well stocked. Check-in and check-out processes went smoothly, and Pascal (the owner) was great a communicating. Would stay here again!

Great location and magnificent views from what has been a very nice villa. Villa seems not to be in regular use by the owners and is somewhat neglected falling apart from here and there. Had a great week there regardless.

Truly stop you in your tracks and just oogle at the view - it's LaLaLand! The house is excellent for a family that wants to spread out and have their own spaces (kids, 16 & 20) and share excellent common areas - the outdoor patio and pool!, living room, dining room, family room. Home located in one of the best neighborhoods in LA - everything is close - there's too much to do! Hiking, fantastic restaurants, excellent shopping.

Wonderful Home in Great Area

Owner was amazing to work with. Gave immediate response to request for renting. He did advise that there was a 3 day min and we only needed 2 days, but respectively accepted our application - at a GREAT price. House is a bit older than some, but beautiful & huge! The area is amazing and security in the home is the BEST! I stayed there with my daughter and two of her friends and we were all very impressed with everything this rental had to offer. The view from master bedroom was breathtaking! Would recommend this rental to everyone and hope to stay there again in the near future.

Great for family of 8 for fun and rest

We stayed at this beautiful home with total of 8 people, 4 adults and 4 children. There are 4 bed rooms with 3 and 1/2 baths and nice kitchen, so we could sleep well,wash well and eat well. Property is located at middle of everywhere such as universal studio, hollywood, waner bros studio and even costco. Most of places are reached in 15 - 20 minutes, so if you are staying for multiple days to tour at lots of places then this is right place to stay. You can easy to get into the tour spots and come back home and rest. Moreover, home is nested with best scenery. I went to the griffith observatory, it is also 10 minutes away, and this home has very close scenery from that oservatory and you can enjoy that for free as much as you stay. Thanks for letting us stay with beautifull home, and we will definitely come back for next vacation.

The outside landscape of the property is breath taking! Gorgeous views and well kept grounds. Pros: Well kept Fairly clean inside Spacious home Gated and safe community with 24 hour security Cons: -No rooms have doors!!!!! They are separated by a thin curtain. One room has a shared washroom which doesn't even have doors on it. Allowing for ZERO privacy. -Pool is beautiful, but heating is extra...driving up the already expensive stay up! -Check in time is so late and check out super early, basically losing an entire day paid for! We also got a reminder "warning" message if any extra guests come onto the property the entire security deposit will be lost, and we'd be escorted off the premises. That the property is under video surveillance. Starting the trip off on a not so tasteful foot. Our family lives in LA so we frequently come down to visit. This time our brother was proposing to his gf and we wanted to allow 8 family members to stop by say congratulations and leave. When I emailed the home owner to ask the response was that there would be an extra charge for each person and more security deposit. How ridiculous is that??? If I stayed at a hotel this type of nonsense would never take place. Overall I would say the place was OKAY at most, we would never stay here again or recommend it.

ALL bedrooms have doors with locks for privacy. The Villa offers a Jack n Jill bathroom shared by 2 bedrooms with sink area separated by curtains. The toilet and shower are separated by a locked door, fully private. Heated Jacuzzi/Spa is included during the stay to alternate between hot and cold, for a spa like experience. Heated pool is a luxury and optional in order not to drive up the rate and make the stay affordable. Check in and out times are standard for private Villas and all disclosed prior to the reservation. All terms and conditions are disclosed prior to booking the property, including the number of people allowable on the property without additional fees and/or deposits. The rates are based on the number of occupants due to additional wear and tear, liability and standard whether at a hotel or a private Villa. The Private Villa offers a full kitchen, private Jacuzzi/spa and pool, free parking, amazing views and the luxury of an open space to have your family and/or friends together to enjoy the comforts of home while in another City, State or Country, an experience not possible at a Hotel. I invite guests to read comments of many of our prior vacationers, who have returned to enjoy the property, to make an informed decision.

Wonderful house with spectacular views.

We came to LA for our son’s wedding with our entire family, including three grandchildren. We had a great week sitting at the pool, exploring the local attractions, to include Disneyland, and enjoyed great local restaurants. The house was not only beautiful, spacious and well maintained, it also provided everything we needed to enjoy our visit in comfort. It surpassed our expectations. Beautiful home in the Hollywood Hills

We spent three nights at this well appointed house in the Hollywood Hills. Pascal, the owner, was very easy to communicate with and was attentive to any questions that I had. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood, you have some good views of the city. The house is comfortable and clean. We had breakfast outside each morning around the pool and we were back at the pool for our afternoon and evening wine. You feel safe and secure using the home alarm system. If you're traveling as a family and you need more than one overpriced hotel room, this is a great alternative. Everyone is together and the vacation becomes much more enjoyable.
