* queen size bed with mosquito net + extra 90x200cm double layer sofabed
* 1,5pk airco + standing fan(s) in case not too hot but still like some room breeze
* safe, sitting corner 2 single sofa + coffee table
* 32" TV with usb/hdmi input + DVD
* large wooden table+4 chairs on porch
* good basic kitchen with most necessary items - larger fridge with separate freezer
* GOOD PRIVACY
we try DAILY make up beds + clean bathroom, rest depending need and number staff present (sorry if all staff sick/have ceremony + NEYPI day is no staff)

early retired Belgian architect settled down in 2009 on Bali after my mama passed away and she loved Bali. Created here my vacation rental compound, now finally a 8 bedroom tropical villa with large pool which I manage now with my Indonesian wife Betty and and local staff this for the future of our 2 little daughters Marene & Irene + sure also my son back in Europe.
We like live here, use the villa as "extra income" but not like charge "an arm and a leg" to become rich ....... happiness in our family most important
