Beautiful farmhouse in Porto Feliz - complete leisure for 20 people
Farm for events, weekends and holidays. There are 6,000 m² of green area with complete leisure space including adult and children's pool with waterfall, barbecue with wood stove, games room, flirt, soccer field and playground.
It also has chicken coop, vegetable garden, orchard and mesh field that can be accessed in the company of the housekeeper.
CASA ANEXA: with 3 bedrooms (one on the mezzanine) and two bathrooms, sleeps 20 people in beds + 1 double mattress.
THE MAIN HOUSE is not available for rental.
Outside area with adult and children's pool with waterfall, soccer field and playground. Adult pool of 10x5m with a maximum depth of 1,80m and a children's pool of 3x4m with a depth of 0,40m. In the edicule is the barbecue, kitchen and game room, with foosball and pool table, plus two more bathrooms.

Família maravilhosa, da qual já estamos colhendo frutos, pq outras pessoas que estiveram na chácara com vcs ja estão reservando datas para retornar.

Chácara espetacular
Primeiramente gostaria de parabenizar os proprietários pelo cuidado que tem com o imóvel e a atenção que tiveram conosco (hospedes), inclusive toda manhã o Sr. José Luis nos trazia um pão quentinho, não nos preocupamos em sair do local para comprar nada, fomos atendidos em tudo, pagando a conta somente na entrega do imóvel, nunca vi oferecerem um serviço desses, e olha que estamos acostumados em viajar.
Falando do imóvel, casa nova e aconchegante, tudo muito limpo e bem cuidado. Camas e colchões novos, parecem nunca ter sido usados.
Área gourmet externa completa, com todos os utensílios, fomos em 30 pessoas e não faltou nada, inclusive o local possui uma cervejeira, onde foi o diferencial para uma bebida bem gelada.
Área de lazer fantástica, piscina muito boa e uma cascata linda, gramas bem cortadas e um campo de futebol muito bom.
Passamos um final de semana maravilhoso, e já estamos planejando o retorno!
Só um detalhe, se pelas fotos é bonito pessoalmente é mais ainda, indico 100%!
