Ótima opção em Boituva

Boa acomodação, quartos bons e com ventiladores novos, muitos banheiros e área da piscina legal. Excelente comunicação com Anfitrião e Caseiro, muito educados, comunicativos e solícitos! Perto do centro de Boituva, mercados de rede e atacados próximos, açougues e padarias num raio de até 5Km, chei isso muito interessante. Acesso tranquilo, fácil localização, poucas ruas de terra (somente a da chácara mesmo).

Casa boa, mas requer manutenção e cuidados

A nossa estadia foi super tranquila, sossegada e proveitosa. A casa estava limpa e organizada, porém como já mencionado em outro comentário, requer manutenção: beliche com estrutura rachada, várias rachaduras pela casa, fogão faltando botão, tomada com mal contato. A casa é espaçosa e arejada, precisa fechar cedo por conta dos pernilongos.

TRANQUILIDADE

A chácara é exatamente igual as fotos anunciadas. Ambiente todo muito limpo tanto interno quanto externamente. Chuveiro bom, camas confortáveis, ambiente rústico e aconchegante. Cozinha com todos utensílios, panelas, microondas , liquidificador, espremedor de frutas. Casa avarandada, muito arejada e ampla. Piscina uma diversão à parte, muito gostosa. Possui cadeiras de praia, espreguiçadeiras... Sol o dia inteiro e a noite em dias quentes a água continua morna, vale outro banho... Possui um pomar com goiabas, seriguelas, carambolas, jabuticabas, limão , mangas... um gramado na frente da casa muito bom pra se divertir ou simplesmente apreciar a paisagem. A tardinha dá para observar o pôr do Sol que é um espetáculo. Arredor muito tranquilo e de fácil localização. Pra quem deseja descansar, curtir a natureza, ouvir o canto dos pássaros e outros bichinhos, se desligar do agito das cidades grandes é um ótimo lugar. Não possui WI-Fi mas a minha operadora funcionou muito bem(vivo). Recomendo e com certeza voltarei em breve. Viajei com meu esposo e um cãozinho. Valeu muito a pena, voltamos pra casa revigorados. Sr. Carlos, o proprietário nos deu todo o suporte e atenção, fomos recebidos pelo caseiro José que nos orientou sobre o funcionamento do local. Ah, só pra lembrar, a cidade toda de Boituva funciona em 220, portanto todas as tomadas da casa são 220. O centro é muito perto e com várias opções de supermercados, farmácias, padarias, pizzarias, lanches, etc... Foi uma ótima estadia no final de semana. Obrigada. Deus abençoe a todos. Pelo valor esta bom, porem precisa investir mais em cadeiras na piscina e ventilador na casa, pois não tem e no verão é muito quente e é 220V. Fora isso a chácara é mto boa
