Available is a large 4b3b 2c renovated house genuine walking distance to the pet friendly, 4wd access, swimming, surfing and fishing lighthouse beach and shops. (See pics).

The home is a spacious open plan design including 3 seperate living areas with the upstair common area containing a double sofa bed.

Bedrooms upstairs (all double with built ins):
Master- king bed, ensuite and walk in robe.
Bedroom 2- Queen bed
Bedrooms 3- Queen and double bed
Bedroom 4- Double bed

Front yard:
The property has dual driveways with space for 4 cars (at least) or 3 cars and a boat etc. There is a large split-level yard with the lower level secure from the road with ample room for kids to play.

Backyard: has a large deck (3/4 roofed and half open air) overlooking a fully fenced saltwater in-ground pool along with an enclosed 14ft trampoline. Also for your convenience is an outside hot water shower. The yard is fully fenced and secure for your pet to accompany you on your holiday.

The house contains all the comforts of home including air conditioning, ceiling fans, 4 tv’s and Foxtel for your convenience.

This property is perfect for large or dual families to share their holiday or the couple wanting a place to unwind and relax in luxury.

Lighthouse Christmas Holiday

Port Mac Summer Fun

Great family house to enjoy all Port Macquarie and Lighthouse has to offer. Walk to shops, cafes and restaurants and the fabulous Lighthouse beach. House is well appointed and the owner is great to work with. The family enjoyed taking meals on the back deck and afternoon pool fun. Great 3 week holiday with our family and fur babies.

Excellent family accomodation (including our furbaby)

This is a great property that has everything you need plus more (open one of the top draws to find spice heaven!). Given we have teenage boys and a dog this property entertained all of them (which is a hard task). There is a great cafe within 5 min walking distance as well as a short stroll to the beach. Shayne is super friendly and very helpful. We will definitely be booking again

Great Holiday

Great Holiday enjoying all the Port Macquarie had to offer. House has handy access to Lighthouse Beach and shops with fabulous cafes. House is comfortable with good living space and lovely pool for afternoon/evening swims. Back deck is a great outdoor living space. Back yard is fully secured for your fury family members. Owner is very good to deal with. Enjoy!

Fabulous Lighthouse Holiday

We had a great holiday! House was sparkling clean on arrival. House is in a excellent position, near shops, cafes, restaurants and a walk to Lighthouse Beach. We spent most afternoons enjoying the pool and had a few late evening dips. Property is well appointed with extras like books, games and a large assortment of spices. Owner is very good to communicate with and it was impressive to see they had invested into the property keeping it fresh and modern. We do not hesitate to recommend this property and look forward to our booking next summer.

Lighthouse Beach

Our family of 6 adults and 4 little children (ages 18mths - 5 years) had a fabulous time in this house. It is spacious - it accommodated us all comfortably. There are several separate living areas, which made easy living for our 3 family units (we g’parents, 2 daughters and their families). The large separate playroom was especially used by our little ones. This room was well equipped with games, a great children’s library, a dress up box, and a television. The pool and trampoline were hugely popular - fabulous! The pool is a great size and was sparkling upon our arrival. Our first days were quite hot - so having the pool was wonderful. We used the outside deck for most meals. We also entertained extended family for a couple of simple meals. There was plenty of room to entertain comfortably. Shayne was fabulous in communicating promptly with me, when we had any queries.

Well-furnished house in a great location

Great house with a very well equipped kitchen. So spacious with ample living space for 12 people. Pool was the biggest highlight especially for the kids. It was warm and large enough! Owner is very responsive and helpful. Thank you!
