This stunning beach front / poolside ground floor 1 bedroom condo was completely renovated August 2025! Deep Blue Sea is an immaculate and well appointed luxury property centrally located in Simpson Bay right on the sparkling turquoise waters of Simpson Bay Beach. Nearly everything in this condo is brand new and updated in a chic & modern beach style with all the amenities and comforts of a luxury resort, but without the crowds or bustle that go along with it.

A king size bed with new egyptian cotton linens and comforters, along with extra fluffy pillows await you in this very inviting bedroom with all new furniture, marble lamps and nightstands.

The view from the main living area is spectacular and just 10 steps from the pool. It holds a brand new living room set with shiplap wood coffee table and end tables. Also included is a queen sleeper sofa with a 4 inch mattress topper provided for extra comfort, making this a lovely 4 person condo by the ocean.

There is a dedicated work space/desk area with a PC for guests to log into in the main area as well. STARLINK was recently installed in this unit and it works fabulously, providing reliable internet and wifi throughout the condo itself, and also extending out to the pool area.

In addition to deluxe accommodations, guests of La Siesta enjoy exclusive use of the beachfront pool and outdoor stone shower overlooking Simpson Bay. Simpson Bay Beach is a nearly 2 mile stretch of Caribbean paradise perfect for morning walks & evening sunsets, with calm surf ideal for swimming & snorkeling. Private parking is reserved for each unit. Located just minutes from Princess Juliana Airport, boutique shopping, casinos and fine dining.

There is a new elevator, and a generator on property which activates seemlessly if there is a power outage. Security guard on premisis from dusk until dawn every evening.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out is at 10:00AM Close and lock sliding doors, turn off AC & lights. If outdoor grill was used, be sure it is clean. Be sure trash is taken out to the bins on either side of the parking areas.

Always use the outside shower near the pool when returning from the beach and rinse all snorkeling, beach items, and footwear using shower and hose.
Do not rinse anything sandy in kitchen sink, showers or put in washing machine - this has caused serious issues in the past!
Day of your departure, dispose of any kitchen waste / trash that may still remain. Property trash bins are located in vacant lot between 2 buildings.

We absolutely loved our stay at Deep Blue Sea! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the spacious, open layout and perfect location. It truly felt like a home away from home.Everything was thoughtfully set up—from the barbecue to the fully stocked kitchen (we especially appreciated the little extras like spices and condiments). The bed was incredibly comfortable, and waking up to that stunning view of Simpson Bay each day was unforgettable.The host was fantastic—quick to respond and easy to communicate with. We would come back in a heartbeat!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Deep Blue Sea! The view from the patio is spectacular! We walked the beach everyday, hung out in the pool, and walked to numerous local restaurants! The condo is very clean and comfortable, although we didn’t spend much time inside. We never used the TV’s or much else so I cannot comment on those things. The pool is very nice and clean. The area is beautiful! We felt very safe walking around the Simpson Bay area. We did take taxis to other beaches, which the host, Shane, recommended. The other people staying in the complex were all very friendly. Shane was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions that we had. We would definitely love to stay again!

This was our first trip to Sint Maarten and we loved it. The condo was great with everything we needed. The views were amazing and we loved just lounging on the patio watching the boats, overlooking the pool. We felt totally safe and loved that we could walk everywhere. The number of restaurants, bars and markets were endless and all right there in walking distance. Our host was amazing and so responsive. We had a few issues totally out of his control where lightning had affected the tv and coffee maker. He had a new coffee maker there within hours and a brand new tv installed by the next day. We had everything we could possibly want in the kitchen and the bed was super comfortable. I also appreciated he had paper towels, toilet paper and things like that to start with. The electric shades made it very dark and quiet to sleep too. It was just a wonderful trip overall!!We will definitely be back to Sint Maarten and hopefully staying in this same condo if available.
