Beach Access- Guests will enjoy their beach experience at the expansive public beach located by the restaurant The Crab Trap.

* Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to book and occupy this property. No College/Student groups permitted.

*Weddings/Events – All weddings/events must be pre-approved by Beach Reunion. A $750.00 event fee is required for any wedding or event. In addition, a $1000 refundable deposit is required for ALL weddings. This home has public beach access. *Events for this home must obtain the separate permit through Okaloosa County in addition to the Beach Reunion event fee. *

*Pets Are Permitted: $250/Pet, Under 25 Lbs, with a 2 pet Maximum *Please note that pets are not permitted on any of the beaches within the area. Medical services dogs only*



WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT THE AMENITIES



BEACH TOWELS: Starting March 15th, you will be provided with 12 high-quality beach towels for the duration of your stay with Beach Reunion at Over the Top.



BEACH CHAIRS: Beach chair service may be purchased at The Crab Trap via LDV Beach Service.



*Additional Beach Chairs: 4 canvas beach chairs and 2 umbrellas are at the home for guest use. (Located on a stand outside the home, please return them to the stand when not in use and do not leave them at the beach)



Private Elevator- This home features a private elevator. This is an optional $250 fee to use during guests stays. Guests who opt out of the fee will not have the elevator for use during their stay. *Private Elevator for Baggage or Guests Unable to Climb Stairs ONLY. *



Electric Street-Legal Golf Cart Rentals: Beach Reunion offers 6 seat lithium battery Golf Carts for $100 a day. We offer a 10% discount to our guests. We have 2024 models and charging stations at the houses. Book your golf cart at BRLSV.com



Pool Heat: From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $100/day or $700/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.



VayKLife (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!



Margarita Machines: Beach Reunion proudly partners with Firefighter Margaritas to offer commercial frozen margarita machines for rent (additional fee). Enjoy restaurant-quality frozen drinks or virgin slushies poolside or at the beach—perfect for family vacations, weddings, retreats, and group gatherings.



Amenities: Each home will include a starter supply of the following amenities: Bathrooms: Massage Body Bar, Body Lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hand/Body Bar. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets.

*Once this supply is used, you are responsible for providing your own items.

This means that not only do you get an entire stunning luxury home for your stay, but you are met with the vast amenities offered through Destiny East. Stroll down to the club house to enjoy the 2 large outdoor pools, 2 playground areas for the kids, pickleball, tennis and basketball court or reserve the theater room for a private movie night experience!

Over The Top is within walking distance to the beach front restaurants and Destiny East`s Community Center which offers a large pool, fitness center, tennis courts, basketball courts, walking/pet path, large playground, grilling/prep station, and private movie theater! The public beach access is conveniently located just two blocks from the home at The Crab Trap.
