Welcome to our bright 1-bedroom apartment at The Tides. Featuring a king bed and a full-size sofa bed, the unit is fully equipped for a comfortable beach getaway. Enjoy 2 heated pools, gym, Wi-Fi, valet, 24/7 security, and a sunny balcony. Beach chairs, towels, and umbrella provided. Laundry is just steps away.

Extra fees (paid on-site, not included in price):
• $30 fob fee (per 2 guests aged 14+)
• Parking: 1 week $100, 2 weeks $125, 3 weeks $150, 4 weeks $175; daily $20; holiday $40
• Packages: $7 each
• Late check-in (after 9 PM): cash fee due at arrival

No cash accepted except late check-in. Wristbands required for amenity access. Check-out at 11 AM. Please notify us of any changes to your stay so we can assist. We aim to make your experience smooth and enjoyable!

This unit was very well taken care of clean and felt furnished as home. Had everything we needed for our stay. Including beach chairs, and the clothes rack on the balcony was a very nice touch. Customer service was excellent and got back to us every time right away. I would definitely recommend looking forward to coming back next year.
