Welcome to our bright and spacious apartment, fully equipped for a comfortable beach getaway. Located in The Tides, enjoy 2 heated pools, gym, 24/7 security, valet, and free Wi-Fi. The unit includes a king bed, full-size sofa bed, stocked kitchen, and a sunlit balcony. We provide linens, towels, beach chairs, and an umbrella. Laundry is steps away.
Please note: Fob fee is $30 per 2 guests (ages 14+), paid on arrival. Parking: 1 week $100, 2 weeks $125, 3 weeks $150, 4 weeks $175, daily $20, holidays $40. Packages received: $7 each. Building accepts card only (no cash). Late check-in after 9 PM incurs a cash fee. Wristbands are required for amenities. Guests must follow condo rules. Check-out is 11 AM; late check-out may be charged. You're near top shops, restaurants, and attractions like Aventura Mall and Bal Harbour. We aim to make your stay seamless and relaxing.
