Localização não condiz com o que o proprietário informou. Não são 3 quartos, são apenas 2.. um é uma dispensa onde foi colocado uma beliche.. sem conforto ou ventilação alguma. Não há porteiro, conforme havia sido informado. Proprietário combinou um horário de saída e não cumpriu. E quando o cobramos cumprir o horário combinado se mostrou uma pessoa completamente descompensada. Fez ameaças diversas. Estava com uma amiga e o filho dela de 11 anos. Deixamos o apto e fomos pra uma pousada com medo das ameaças sofridas. Se vc quer sossego e tranquilidade em sua hospedagem em Cabo Frio, não alugue este apartamento.

Excelente imóvel.

Apartamento espaçoso, limpo, bem mobiliado, cama de casal super confortável, mesa com seis cadeiras na sala, um lustre lindo, boa localização, recepcionista atenciosa e porteiro muito educado. Recomendo com certeza esse apartamento.
