Everything was great and as we expected. We opted for a kayak so that we could come and go as we pleased. We had a few questions we wanted to ask the week prior but we did get to talk to the host the day before out flightwe had a great time

Yes, Troy was very welcoming. Met me at the airport and gave me a ride to his boat. Very accomodating. 2 diff.options for sleeping and boat was very comfortable. Plenty of fresh towels.Picked up whatever I needed and brought it out to me. Thx!

Troy, the host, was welcoming and had good local recommendations. We were not prepared for boat living. Part was our fault and part from lack of detail in the VRBO listing. We should have expected that the boat would need a generator to have electricity and that needing to use a CPAP machine to sleep would mean running the loud generator for the whole night. We didn’t expect the need to deposit used toilet paper in the bathroom garbage can (with no lid), the inoperable TV (that one of us expected to use to be able to go to sleep) and the tight sleeping quarters in the berth. Which, to be fair we maybe should also have expected. We ended up using the fold down table/bench instead, which worked fine.It is a quaint experience, that we were too bougie to appreciate. If you have any level of physical limitation, please be aware this might not be able to accommodate you.

The boat was cozy, cĺean, and well appointed. Sleeping accommodations were uber comfortable. Todd went above and beyond to make certain our every need was met. He was available to ferry us to and from land at oùr request, always pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. We felt cared for and appreciated, and the feelings are mutual. It was hard to leave such a lovely situation. We cant wait to return.
