The apartment can accomodate 3 guests in total (the 3rd guest on the super comfy couch) sorry it’s not a fold out though...
The apartment block has two lifts, underground parking if required, a new king size pillow top mattress, fully equipped kitchen & breathtaking views from the open air balcony!!
As guests you will also have access to the top floor which includes a fully equipped gymnasium with amazing uninterrupted panoramic views of Melbourne and to top it off there is also a 25m heated swimming pool. Bask in the sun as it sets over port Phillip bay admire the yachts, kite surfers, sky divers & the many unique buildings designs across Melbourne.
