Beautiful house! Great for a family with Kids, the pool is 10 feet from the house. A little bit of confusion if a golf cart was offered with the house or not…. there is a golf cart. We did have problems with the TV in the master bedroom and the living room. Two of the bikes were broken, notified maintenance, and it was not fixed during our stay other than that, it was a great house for the week. We enjoyed our vacation.

We paid for bike rentals as part of the property rental and only had 3 of 4 working beach cruisers, so we could not venture out as a family, unfortunately. The cottage is managed by a real estate company (BeachWalk Vacations) so it’s not a typical VRBO by owner. Be prepared to bring your own shampoo/conditioner, extra soap and beach towels. Basic kitchen amenities, such as salt and pepper and cooking oil are not provided, and only one toilet paper roll and paper towel roll provided. The property management people are very concerned about ages within your group and abiding by rules (nosy, full-time tenants). On the plus side, the location is great with walking distance to the beach.

We’d like to clarify that our age policy is clearly outlined in the listing and communicated prior to booking, as it is an important part of ensuring a positive experience for all guests and neighbors. We also provide a starter supply of basic amenities. We encourage guests staying for longer periods to bring any additional personal items they may need. However if guests have any questions regarding any of our policies or what is provided in the home they are welcome to reach out with any questions. We appreciate your comments and will continue working to provide the best possible experience for our guests.

We have stayed in this area before and love it, unfortunately our air went out, actually was out when we got there, and had no air the entire time we were there. I had to ask for fans and finally we were offered portable air conditioners, one didn’t work, so really just had one. Our house never got under 84 degrees. I wrote a message and received a thumbs up as a reply from the rental company. We did receive some money back, but I won’t book through this company again! Customer service just was very sad! House was good proximity to beach and we enjoyed the golf cart. That’s about all I can say about it!
