The place was nice, wonderful amenities! Although the hot tub was out of order for our whole stay, but it’s okay we spent most of our time exploring the beautiful island anyway!

Great location with nice amenities at the Athletic club and restaurants close by. Loved the high ceilings, large deck and AC. The property manager provided a lot of great recommendations for activities, clear check-in instructions, and concise information ahead of our trip. Will stay with KEM again in Poipu!

Our stay was very good. We were told that we would get an Ocean View room but we were placed clear to the back of the buildings and there was no Ocean View.

The location and view of the ocean was a great choice near poipu beach, a quick 4 minute walk to the beach. Minus one star for the fact that the building was under construction, with wet paint, pressure washing during the day and blocked entrances. Being close to the road meant there is some car noise at night. Otherwise a very pleasant older style unit.
