The house features four rustic yet modern apartments, each offering a comfortable and private space for smaller groups or families. Together, the house can accommodate up to 16 guests, making it perfect for larger families or groups traveling together who want to stay under one roof.

The Owner
The hosts of this classic Reykjavík apartment building are Petros, of Greek origin, and his Icelandic colleague and friend. Petros has shared his passion for welcoming guests for a couple of decades and intends to continue for many years to come. He fell in love with Iceland during a visit with his wife and daughter a few years ago and now shares that love with guests from around the world, ensuring a warm, personal, and memorable stay in the heart of the city.
