Welcome to `The Minnow` a Modern Old Florida Style 435` sq Guest House that embodies the charm of an Old Florida beach cottage set in a tropical oasis. This property boasts a prime location close to Seaside, shopping, restaurants and vibrant 30A. Just a short six block walk/bike ride thru the neighborhood to our deeded beach access at San Juan ave.
The `Mahi Mahi` is on the property if you decide to invite family or friends.
