European-style luxury apartment, fully equipped kitchen, cozy and stylish living room with HDTV, and queen-size sofabed. ONLY ADULTS. Modern design oceanview bedroom with king-size bed, spacious closet, HDTV, and private balcony. 4 Complimentary beach chairs, 1 umbrella, beach games, table games, and 2 complimentary bicycles. (save $15 per hour per bike), No suitable for kids under 17 years

Great location on Hollywood beach, steps away from unique shopping, beachfront restaurants, bars, and live music. Only 10 minutes away from Fort Lauderdale International Airport and Port.

You need to pay $50 + tax on the registration fee at your check-in.
There is a $40 + tax resort fee per night, which needs to be paid at check-in time.
This resort fee includes access to the rooftop pool, 2 lounge beach seats at the beach, and WiFi. Fresh beach towels and gym access, Yoga classes, and if you need an extra bike you will have 1 hour extra free complimentary bike from the resort. Rooftop activities during the week. R&R Getaway

We had a very relaxing vacation thanks to the nice apartment, amenities and location. The building has a great rooftop pool, jacuzzi and bar. The hosts supplied us with a beach umbrella, chairs and toys along with the use of two bikes that made getting around easy and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this place!

The property owners were very helpful and answered any and all questions with a thorough and rapid response. The apartment was beautiful and had all the luxuries of home. This well maintained unit was fabulous and we would definitely rent once again.....thanks to the owners for a lovely stay.

Had an amazing time. The view from the balcony was great and the ambiance of the apt was truly memorizing. The live music heard grim steps away was great. Wish i was told the pool was under renovation before booking a the use of the rooftop pill was not available. But over all loved the place.

Extremely nicely decorated and cozy Condo/Apartment. Very clean and in great condition. Included many supplies others don't provide like ROKUS and water. Great bottle of wine!!! This condo has it all! We had plenty of space for 2 adults and an 18 year old kid. The condo has great amenities such as rooftop pool, gym, towel service, and beach chair service. The condo itself also included an umbrella and 2 extra beach chairs as well as beach games. The location of the property cannot be beat with a variety of restaurants steps from the condo. We hope to rent again next Christmas as it was amazing.

Looks like pictures. Had everything we needed and more! Fantastic amenities with a roof top pool, loungers and bar. Coffee shop, small grocery store and more within walking distance. No car needed, in fact we rode the complimentary bikes to Dania Pier and saw a sea turtle sanctury along the way! Would stay again. The host's were so kind and responded so quick when we had a question. Unless i missed it, more than 2 wash clothes were needed but that's it! Thank you for renting your place! Ps awesome espresso machine and coffee as well.

Wonderful stay. Apt was beautiful and had everything anyone could need. Loved the rooftop pool and proximity to beach with lounge chairs. The bicycles were an added bonus. We rode all around. No helmets were supplied, but we bought a couple at Walmart. I guess Florida doesn’t have helmut laws. We felt more comfortable using our own anyway. Hosts were so attentive and checked in to be sure we had everything. They really want to please. Had a great time and give the condo a 5 star.

Exceeded expectations!

We have never been to Hollywood Beach before. The area has everything. The hosts provided everything necessary to enjoy the beach, neighborhood, or the roof top pool. The hosts were in frequent contact with us, and provided us great recommendations for food/drinks, etc. (I almost forgot to mention the bikes- great to have to explore farther from the rental...) The rental was clean and had all the amenities for a longer stay. The on-site restaurant, bar, coffee shop, and small grocer meant you'd never have to leave... but the beach/broadwalk are literally steps away from the building. Would highly recommend, would return to this location and these hosts. Thank you.
