Situated overlooking the beautiful tropical lagoon surrounded, heated pool and just a short stroll from the oceanside pool and private access to miles of pristine beach. The kitchen has been fully equipped and there is a dining table for 4 and 2 additional bar seats. The spacious living area has a flat screen TV and direct access to a large balcony with pool views. The primary bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV and access to the pool view balcony. The second and third bedrooms have queen beds and flat screen TVS. Both bathrooms have been fully renovated. The unit offers a large laundry room just outside the front door with a full size washer and dryer. There are beach chairs, kids beach toys and boogie boards provided for your enjoyment. The complex offers two large pools for all guests, an Oceanside Pool just a few steps from the sand and a lusciously landscaped Lagoon Island Pool. The Lagoon Island Pool is also heated for your winter enjoyment. A large gazebo, located between the beach and the ocean pool, offers immediate shade and shelter from the sun. A handicap ramp is also available for our guests with special needs. Ocean Villas Condominium Community is ideally located within walking distance to popular beach front attractions, restaurants, and shopping. No smoking, No pets.
