Five minutes from beach and sea, Villa Carica is located in Tugare, Omiš county which is near to Split. Distance from the centre of Omiš is 6 minutes, Split 15 minutes and airport 30 minutes.
Villa is family house with mountain views. Luxury style in isolation is what makes the stay incredible.
House with excellent environment relaxation and a perfect holiday in nature. The house area is located on the estate of 2500 m2.
Guests have access to whole property: main house 100m2, pool house 30m2 with toilet, private pool where nobody can see you, gym, sauna, outdoor jacuzzi, private parking, outdoor kitchen, barbecue and kids playground.
Supermarket, bakery, caffe bar and restaurants are located nearby.
Only 6 minutes drive to the sea and center of city Omis which is full of beaches, bars, restaurants and shops. Also, you can enjoy in various cultural and musical events, skydive, plane tours, zip line, free climbing, water skiing, diving and rafting on river Cetina.

Perfect stay in new clean villa on private estate of 2500m2

My friends and I booked this house and we were thrilled with location and house itself. House is perfect size for 4-6 people and its located in secret spot but only 5min from beach and city. Our host Marija described house very well and we didnt find any suprises. We had main house and big pool house for use as well as big swimming pool and jacuzzi, sauna and gym. This is excellent price for this kind of luxury house and we were expecting much less but receive much more. Next time this will be certainly our choice when we visit Omis. Marija was great host and she point to us clearly to call her any time if we need to. Excellent clean new villa with excellent host. Thank you!!

Schöne, ruhige Lage, aber Preis für dieses Objekt nicht akzeptabel

Das Haus liegt wunderschön ruhig gelegen, allerdings gibt an einigen Tagen Bauern die sehr zeitig ihre Felder bewirtschaften und ab 6:00 Lärm auf den gegenüber liegenden Feldern machen. Einiges war nicht wie erwartet oder beschrieben: - es hat einiges in der Küche gefehlt, teilweise nicht für vier Personen alles vorhanden - viel zu kleine Betten 140x200, zu zweit darin zu schlafen ist sehr schwierig - aber die Schlafzimmer und auch die übrigen Zimmer sind auch extrem klein - in der Küche unter kann man sich kaum bewegen, aufgrund der Stühle und des Hochtisches - wie beschrieben waren Billardtisch, Kanus, Tischfußball, Boot usw. alles nicht vorhanden Hier wurde einfach alles reingeschrieben um das Objekt hochwertiger darzustellen. Wer darauf Wert legt, genauer nachfragen! - Klimaanlage in nur einem Schlafzimmer, dieses ist nur über eine sehr steile Treppe begehbar und für kleine Kinder völlig ungeeignet. - Poolreinigung hat in zwei Wochen überhaupt nicht stattgefunden! Ansonsten muss man sagen, es ist insgesamt ein schönes Objekt, mit einer wirklich schönen Lage, wer viel Ruhe sucht. Aber der Preis den wir bezahlt haben, war völlig inakzeptabel.
