Owner I s great to work with! We came in on the heels of the hurricane so there were concerns , but within a couple of days the property was cleaned up and open for business! He kept me informed and we had zero issues and a great visit, even extended our stay as the October weather post-storm is stellar! Sunset views form the balcony have been stunning. We shall return!

We had a great week here! Perfect for relaxation with the comforts of home. Location is perfect being on the quieter family friendly end of the beach. We love the Summerhouse and will stay again for sure.

We had a great time on our vacation. The condo was very clean and well stocked. We had a couple issues with the spare room TV and getting it to work but Ron was very responsive and kept us in the loop with everything that was going on with trying to fix it. Other than that the location is great, the resort is quiet (which we loved) but it’s just a short drive up to the beach shops and restaurants. The resort is very clean and soooo pretty, having the two pools was great and having our unit come with the beach chairs and umbrella was super convenient and very relaxing! We will be back for sure! Thank you for having us!

Great Condo

We’ve stayed here two years in a row and loved it. It’s clean and has plenty of space for us, and it’s less busy than the side of town by Pier Park.
