Honestly my only complaint was that it was so loud next to the freeway, but it was great having our family members all next door to each other. The freeway noise was tolerable with the earplugs and fan provided. Also, it was really hot and we had to sleep with the windows open, so it would be fine with the windows closed.

Very clean and nice building!! Probably could have more kitchen utensils/pans/etc. Very close to I-70, but road noise was negligible unless you had to open a window. Fans in bedroom and front room. Jonathan was very responsive when asked questions!! The only issue was with the grills. There were 4 grills and all but 1 had empty tanks, so I had to unhook it and carry it down to a grill closer tour cabin. Not a big deal. Overall a good stay and o would stay there again

Overall decent stay, a lot of road noise, being right by the interstate. Biggest complaint was lack of AC. I stayed here during the summer and when the temps are reaching 80-90s the cabin was extremely uncomfortable and stuffy. Even with all the fans going and windows open. It mode it quite unenjoyable. But you get what you pay for with this place.

We understand that warmer daytime temperatures can make the cabin feel less comfortable at times, and we’re sorry to hear this impacted your experience. Air conditioning is not a common feature in cabins at this elevation, as Georgetown typically experiences significant cooling overnight. During your stay (June 21–24), temperatures reached daytime highs in the 80s, but dropped into the upper 30s to low 40s at night, which is generally what allows cabins to cool down naturally. For that reason, air conditioning is not listed as an amenity in our property details. We do provide fans and encourage opening windows in the evening to take advantage of the cooler nighttime temperatures, though we understand this may not always meet everyone’s comfort preferences—especially during warmer stretches. We appreciate you sharing your experience, as it helps set expectations for future guests and allows us to continue improving where we can.

Nice spot. I had employees working here from out of state. Each individual lived the amenities along with close proximity to groceries food etc. I will keep this in mind for further rental. The individual who communicated with me was always responsive. Always nice. Thank you to all.
