Private & Modern Oceanfront Villa With Stunning Views

Welcome to Villa Luna Sea, a spectacular 4 bedroom oceanfront villa in Turtle Tail overlooking the peaceful waters of the Caicos banks and southern shoreline. This self-catered villa is ideal for families or 3-4 couples seeking a quiet, relaxing Caribbean getaway offering all the amenities and comforts of home. Vacationers can choose to relax poolside, take a dip in the ocean or explore nearby Cays in provided kayaks. The villa has been significantly renovated and expanded in 2024 to provide our guests the most modern, comfortable and private getaway possible. Enjoy 360 degree views of the ocean and Flamingo Lake from the new roof deck. More photos will be posted in the coming weeks as we are finalizing construction and furnishing.

This private villa is located just 15 minutes from the world renowned Grace Bay Beach, The Grace Bay “strip” is home to close to 50% of Provo’s restaurants & shopping. The beach itself has consistently received awards for its crystal clear turquoise waters, sugar white sand and breathtaking sunsets. Villa Luna Sea comes equipped with beach towels, chairs, a cooler and umbrella for trips to the beach.

The villa has four large, air conditioned bedrooms (A/C metered and billed based on use) with ensuite bathrooms uniquely laid out with separate entrances to provide unequalled privacy for couples or families with older children. All bedrooms have their own private ocean view balconies. One bedroom has its own kitchenette, terrace and a private outdoor shower. Three of the four bedrooms have king beds while the 4th has a queen bed.

Please note one of the bedrooms is not connected by internal access and is not appropriate for young children. Please note that children under the age of 18 are not allowed on the roof deck and all children should be supervised by the pool and ocean.

Villa Luna Sea is uniquely designed to enjoy the sight and sounds of the ocean from almost any room in the house. Modern conveniences of cable television, laundry facilities and Wi-Fi are available for guests. The fully equipped kitchen features a center island with seating and is adjacent to dining areas facing the ocean.

The interior living area is 2,074 square feet with covered exterior decks totaling 1,305 square feet and uncovered decks/patios totaling 1357 square feet. Total living area of 4,736 provides the optimal indoor/outdoor living desirable in the Caribbean.

For the protection of your valuables the villa has a monitored security system and the neighborhood has a monitored checkpoint overnight. Smoking is not permitted in the villa and only assistance pets are allowed.

Fabulous. Views from the back and the top deck are amazing all day long. And the water was as perfect as could be. The house had space for everyone. The beds were very comfortable.The hosts at check-in were very gracious and informative. We found the binder information to be quite useful, too.

Excellent for a Bigger Family

Very nice house, with nice common space as well as guest bedrooms that feel like you have your own space and privacy. Biggest issue we had was one of the provided kayaks had a significant leak in it. The property is very well maintained, and property manager was easy to contact and responsive to our needs. The water entry is fine, but don't be confused that the water is calm and good for young children. Be prepared to go to the very close beaches around for good beach time. Great place and would recommend.

Fabulous Five Star Providenciales Rental in Turtle Tail

This was our second stay at Villa Luna Sea in Turtle Tail in beautiful Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. It is the perfect villa to rent for two to four people. The villa provides everything you need as far as kitchen supplies, linens and towels, as well as incredible ocean front views, private beach/water access and a pool. It is extremely clean and very well maintained. It is definitely a 5 star villa and we can't wait to return and stay again.

Perfection!

Luna Sea was EVERYTHING we had hoped for! A gorgeous property with beautiful views. We stayed for a week with 2 other couples that we take a trip with every year. The layout was amazing giving each couple a king suite and private sitting areas to spread out and relax. We used the kayaks and boards and swam every day in the ocean and in the wonderful pool. We loved the "crow's nest" luxury seating area on the roof! We were all able to view the eclipse of the Blood Moon and it was amazing. We cooked in the beautiful kitchen, and ate on the porch area. Honestly, we didn't leave to explore much except to go grocery shopping. LOVED it, and plan to return. 10 out of 10!

Reserve this property as soon as you can. I did all the research - location, amenities, etc. I cannot express to you enough how spectacular your stay will be. You have everything and more that you will need. The colors are everything from this villa and are ever changing. Staying here was a dream come true!

This was paradise

This was a 6 in terms of location, amenities and comfort. Gorgeous view, comfy beds, great kitchen, cute pool—this place provided everything you could want or need. We would come back in a heartbeat. Local property management communication were not as efficient as could be hoped—we got startled on our last morning when the cleaning crew showed up over an hour and a half before our checkout time. Other than that, this was the best place I’ve ever stayed. Worth it! Book it!!!

Nothing short of spectacular

My husband, adult son and his girlfriend absolutely adored this home. It was immaculate. Everything you see in the description is completely accurate. The local management company was extremely easy to work with as was the property's owner. The location was just far enough out of town to be private, but not so far as to be inconvenient to restaurants and boat excursions. We enjoyed cooking in the wonderfully equipped kitchen and the pool was perfect for a late afternoon dip. The views of the Caribbean were fabulous. The separate sleeping quarters were ideal for two adult couples. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Turks and Caicos.

Fantastic, Private Oasis

This amazing property has it all. The house is beautiful and stocked with everything you could want even in your own home. There are two separate living spaces which makes it perfect for sharing your vacation with family or another couple. You can have complete privacy and still share lots of time together. There is private access to the ocean with a few small reefs nearby for exploration. The infiniti pool provides a nice, refreshing alternative to the ocean. Every last detail is attended to so you can spend your entire vacation right there relaxing in your own private paradise. If you want to head into town, it is a short 15 minute drive to the resorts and restaurants. We did lots of cooking/grilling at the house, but also took advantage of several amazing restaurants in Grace Bay and other parts of the island. The house comes with beach chairs, plenty of towels, a cooler and other beach provisions so you are all set no matter what you choose to do. The living space is very breezy so you stay cool and comfortable no matter how hot it gets. The bedrooms have air conditioning so you can cool off if the heat gets to be too much. We would definitely return to this relaxing spot!

Villa Luna Sea was amazing. We had a wonderful family vacation. We explored, ate out, did a pair of excursions, and we enjoyed it all. But our best times were spent out back in that beautiful bright blue ocean or in the pool. The terrace after dark was special as well.

Wow what a beautiful house . When you walk in and see the beautiful water out all the windows you know you’re in paradise . This house had everything you could need for a week vacation . So many different areas to hang out , play games or just relax . The stores and restaurants are just 10-15 mins away which was great as well . Highly recommend staying at this Villa if youCan.

Paradise Getaway!

This was our 2nd year in a row staying at this property and we will be back! What an amazing place, stunning view, impressive renovation and luxurious respite. This is a 5 star quality resort style accommodation with private, quiet grounds. The Infiniti pool overlooking the turquoise sea is unbeatable! Kayak right off your back steps too. Incredibly Stunning Villa

Anyone that stayed at Luna Sea prior to the remodel knows what a great property it was. We were the first guests to stay after the remodel and it was just fantastic. The entrance and grounds are beautiful. They added two more bedrooms, a deck with an outdoor grill, a rooftop deck, an additional lounge pool with chairs and made some needed upgrades to the initial home. They have stocked the home with literally everything you need or could think of. The view is to die for. The only downside is how close someone is building a house next door, but when you are inside Luna Sea and on the main deck and pool area and the lower patio you have no idea it is even there. It is still very private. We have stayed in many homes in Turtle Tail - Luna Sea is now by far our favorite home to stay. We will be rebooking this home soon and it certainly is going to be our home away from home whenever we travel to Providenciales.

Great Location

Property was perfect for two couples. Beds were comfortable. Pool was small but enough for us 4 to cool off. Ocean entry was rocky, so recommend aqua shoes which we brought. Our favorite place was the screened in porch in the evenins, awesome breezes. Beach equipment was provided and handy to have. Kitchen very well equipped. Would recommend thicker chaise cushions on patio loungers and another patio umbrella. We loved our stay!

Magical Island Getaway!

What a special place! Very clean, private and every amenity we could have wanted. Property management was extremely responsive and brought us a new pool umbrella within hours. We didn’t realize only the bedrooms had AC but the house is setup enclosed in screens for an amazing cross breeze and indoor/outdoor style living. Views can’t be beat and the salt pool is incredible. We will definitely be back!
