Why Gary chose Cortez Hill
This apartment was built for the owner of one of two lumber yards in San Diego at the beginning of the 1950's. At this time Cortez Hill was the center of the city, This apartment was built for the Owner and His wife to live in, It is one of the largest apartments in downtown. If you want see how it was done right in the 50's and live like a king this is the best "room" in town for the price. All 4000 square feet of it.
What makes this Apartment unique
There is no better neighborhood in downtown to stay in than cortez hill, It is centrally located inside downtown, however it is a hill top cul de sac neighborhood, with easy access to the freeways, and all of downtown. If you stay here you can come and go even during large downtown events without being delayed by event traffic. Easy Access, Enormous apartment.
