Here the house has been equipped with all modern facilities in order to make your stay in Catalonia as comfortable as possible. CAN MAXIA is a 600m2 fully restored holiday home situated in stunning surroundings, decorated beautiful and with all the best indoor and outdoor facilities, such as great BBQ area, outdoor kitchen, fenced pool area, playground, football field and a really pretty courtyard.
Beside the 600m2 decorated holiday home you have 5000m2 outdoor area for you exclusive use. A large area have been made for ball playing, and there is a lovely BBQ zone with outdoor kitchen situated just perfect, so you are close to the fenced swimming pool area. Behind CAN MAXIAs terrace is a door to the game room with table tennis. Next to the pool area is a small playground area for the smallest in the group and behind the pool is a court yard planted with wine.

The perfect house - comfortable and authentic: CAN MAXIA have 8 double bedrooms all with en-suit bathrooms and all are spacious and lovely decorated. On the ground floor is a hall way, a lounge area, a dining area, one of two kitchens and two double room with bathroom en-suit. On the huge first floor is a striking common area with a huge kitchen, a long traditional Spanish dining table and a really pretty and cozy fireplace area restored with great respect for the history of the house. Here is also a terrace with a table and an absolutely stunning view over the Catalan country site. On the first floor is also 2 bedrooms all with private bathrooms.

On the second floor there is 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms, a large lounge area and a huge TV screen and a lovely covered terrace, where you can sit and have a private moment and enjoy the view.


OUR HISTORY:
Lisbeth and I (Bertel) are the owners of the company SYDENS FERIEHUSE. For the last 14 years we have engaged in letting out fantastic Catalan holiday homes, all of which live up to our criterias: they are authentic, charming homes and are all of a very high standard. We help Cristina and Josep letting out CAN MAXIA.

We consider the perfect holiday to consist of two parts - a nice holiday home and some great excursions and activities. For each part of Catalonia we have made an activity document with our personal recommendations. As we consider ourselves to be experts in Catalonia, you are of course always welcome to ask for help and advice. We aim to find the perfect holiday home for you :-)
