Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Throw away any personal food items including items in refrigerator and freezer. be mindful of all house rules and check-out instructions. Failure to comply will result in a $500 deep cleaning fee.
Trash and recycle bins outside of the home. All trash must be in bags. Recycle goes to curb on Tuesday nights and trash goes to the curb on Wednesday nights.
Replace any furniture that was moved from its original location. If grill was used, ensure gas bottle is turned off, grill is clean and the cover is on.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If a late checkout is not arranged with the host at least 24 hours before checkout, a 50% nightly rate fee will apply for any checkout after 10am.
While minor delays up to 30 minutes may be considered, any delay beyond that will result in the full fee.

An absolute beautiful property! We enjoyed our family vacation celebrating Thanksgiving. Plenty of room in the whole house. Very clean and organized. Great communication. Tons of amenities. Lots of parking. Gorgeous view.

Our family enjoyed staying here. We had a wide variety of activities to enjoy.Even though the weather was rainy and cold And we couldn’t use the pool too much we had a large garage where the kids could play. We recommend this place as a family friendly retreat.
