2 Blocks to Beach and Boardwalk, Few Blocks to convention center.
Hello, and welcome to our family's beach house! Our upscale condo is located just 2 blocks from the beach and boardwalk, we are also close to all of Wildwood's fun and exciting attractions.
Including just a few blocks to the Wildwood Convention Center. If you are looking to book in the off season for a convention, we would be happy to accommodate.
You will enjoy 4 Bedrooms and 2 Baths, with an amazing over sized Deck/porch area with stair access to and from the street. Our Kitchen consists of New upgraded Stainless steel appliances, Granite counter tops and a large granite Island with seating. Living area has an open concept with New couches and love seats for the whole family to enjoy while watching some TV or game night. Our bedrooms are as follows:
All Bedrooms consist of new Mattresses
Bedroom 1 Queen Bed
Bedroom 2 Two Twin Bed
Bedroom 3 has a Bunk bed, Bottom Bunk Full Size and Top Bunk is a Twin
Day bed
Bedroom 4 (Master) Queen Bed with own Full Bath
*You will have to bring your own sheets and towels*
* We can provide sheets and towels at an additional cost**
** Bed Linens ---$50.00
**(15) Towels (15) Wash clothes----$50.00
Laundry room is located in the main hallway.
You will also have access to the one car garage. There is plenty of room to park a car with some extra room for bikes and beach stuff. There will also be an additional parking spot off street in front of garage.
We also have an outside shower for rinsing off after the beach at the rear of the house. Please use before entering home after your day at the beach.
***Beach house is Wifi ready and available, password will be provided at check in.
***There are smart TV's in the home so feel free to use for your Netflix account or other media.
Refundable Damage deposit $500
Sorry we we do not accept groups under 25 years of age. This includes prom groups and Senior week. We are family friendly establishment.
***During the Summer season there is a 7 day minimum***
***Weeks between May to October
***Sorry No Senior Weeks or Prom weeks ***
Off Season is Flexible

My Wife and I have been coming to Wildwood, NJ for many years. We now share many memories with our three children. I started coming here when my mother brought me down as a child and fell in love with the Island ever since.
Why they chose this property
Wildwood has been a vacation spot for me since I was a child and now for my Family. So what better place to start all new memories.
What makes this property unique
We looked at many places before deciding on this Home. We enjoyed this home because of the location to the boardwalk, beach, and the quiet location. Having the open concept of the Kitchen and living area for our family to enjoy each others company was a big selling point for us. We could entertain many guest in the main living area as well as the large porch area. To access the home from the front stairs was also great addition to us and our family. It just felt right!!
