CANCELLATION POLICY
• Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
• 50% refund for cancellations made at least 60 days before check-in.
• No refunds for cancellations made within 60 days of check-in.

AGE POLICY
All guests must be 14 years of age or older.
This is due to the property’s sophisticated design, custom interiors, and tranquil atmosphere — tailored for adults and mature teens seeking a refined experience.

EVENTS & CELEBRATIONS
We love to host milestone moments and intimate gatherings.
All events ( parties, or special celebrations) must be approved in advance. Additional fees, deposits, and compliance with local regulations may apply and our team will be happy to assist you every step of the way.


NO SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is not permitted inside the villas.
To protect our curated interiors and handcrafted furnishings, smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Any violations may result in additional cleaning or damage fees.


STAIRS & ARRIVAL ASSISTANCE
Please note: All villa access includes stairs including entrances, rooftops, and shared areas.
There is no elevator; however, our fantastic on-site team is happy to assist with your luggage during both check-in and check-out to ensure a smooth, effortless arrival.

We recommend wearing flat, comfortable shoes especially as you’ll be exploring lush jungle paths, rooftop terraces, and sun-soaked beach clubs nearby.
