Spacious family home

Was a good space and games room an extra bonus for the children to learn table tennis. We reported the missing light globes, but forgot to mention that we couldn’t get the range hood to work. All in all a nice stay.

Amazing house with it all...

This was a fantastic house for our recent family break. It is very well located within walking distance to the shops. It is also extremely well set up for families as there are several areas to have different groups of people - front deck, back deck, side deck, trampoline, games room with table tennis table, a play gym for young kids and plenty of space to spread out. Our family loved it and the house was very clean and well appointed. It even has 3 different areas for watching tv. Outstanding house!! We will definitely be back again.

The house was clean and tidy, however, with the price paid I expected better attention to detail: No soap in shower or at hand basin in main bathroom No soap in shower of 2nd bathroom No washing machine powder Only 3 dishwasher tablets provided for a 5 day stay No directions for operating coffee machine Back porch area dirty and disheveled

Wonderful clean and modern house with all the mod cons and a stones throw from town. Great house for the family to chill out, young kids more than well catered for and Coffee machine a big plus for the rest of us!

Spacious and Great Location

Aside from some cleaning issues and lack of wifi and pantry basics like oil, pepper, milk etc we had a lovely stay! Super spacious, comfy beds, amazing bath, fantastic location and outdoor areas especial for our kids. We did contact the owner straight away with our concerns and she was helpful and friendly.

Beautiful house in a central location

The house was presented in perfect condition with everything you need for a group or family booking. Great l location just off the Main Street which makes it walking distance to everything but far enough away to be quiet. Marisa made the check in and out process a breeze. The added extra of a coffee machine in the kitchen was great for the morning wake up too

Perfect spot!

We booked this house for a work trip but we would all love to come back individually with our families for a holiday trip too. The house is spacious and relaxed, with everything you need for relaxing trip away in Barwon Heads.

Lovely property in a good location

Only negatives were that sheets and towels were not provided which we found out after booking. The advertisement for the property didn’t state this. Also, we stayed during a hot weekend and there was only one split system in the loungeroom for the whole house so the bedrooms were quite warm overnight despite having ceiling fans. Otherwise it is a great property with good yard space for children.

On the property details it is stated if linen IS included but I will make a note that when I respond to booking enquiries that I let travellers know that the service is not included in the rental price.
