A charming, recently renovated 3 BR house near the Barwon Heads Golf Course, within 10 minutes walk of boutique shops and cafes, 13th Beach and the river beach. The house is light and bright, with abundant north facing windows, wide eaves, polished concrete flooring, new kitchen and bathrooms, and cosy log fire. A private oasis, the backyard is perfect for outdoor dining, relaxing in the sun or shade of beautiful gum trees, hammock time, and taking in the sunset..

Leave your car and walk to all of Barwon Heads' great natural attractions and boutique shopping.

Five minutes drive over the bridge to Ocean Grove. 20 minutes drive to Geelong.

lovely clean and modern, light filled backing onto pastures. loved I could take my cavoodle and he was secure. main bed very comfy, lots of cupboard space. Books to read and games to play. Would love to stay again.

Nice quiet location, we'll kept property

Quiet, great location . House had everything you need, chocolates on arrival were a nice touch. Backyard was lovely but not pet friendly as the fencing doesn't enclose at all on the property. As well as not being able to let our dogs out alone we also had other dogs come into the yard. We enjoyed our stay, but luckily spend most of our time out & about with our dogs & they are crate trained. Wouldn't recommend people just wanting to come & relax with there dogs. Should be clear in property description that property isn't fenced. Thanks, Kind Regards, Fiona

We loved our stay here. The house had everything you could need, was comfortable, clean and quiet. Our dogs enjoyed the garden, which although not entirely fenced, we still felt comfortable having them in. Easy walk to the Main Street. Will stay here again for sure. Very happy memories.

Sunset at the Heads is definitely a great place to stay. While some older fixtures remain it is immaculately clean & comfortable, the kids loved the sleepout & table tennis was a hit. It’s an easy flat walk to town. The hosts were great to deal with, always quick to respond. Thanks for a lovely aeaster stay.
