This is a lovely spacious ,open-plan home , set in a lush garden with an abundance of bird life ,.
The front 80m2 patio overlooks the garden and stream . A lovely area for sundowners.
There is a courtyard leading off the kitchen area with Braai/ barbeque facilities .
The living are is really large with a casual lounge ,dining room , and lots of seating .
There is a separate TV Lounge .
There is also a little nook with a desk for a little privacy for computer work , or reading .
The main bedroom is spacious with its own en- suite and dressing room ( full bathroom) , and includes an airconditioner .
The other 3 bedrooms are spacious ,and are fitted with ceiling fans . They share the 2nd large bathroom . ( bath and shower and basin and toilet )
Each of the bedrooms can be converted from Single Beds to King size , according to your needs .
The entire house is tiled ,
There is plenty of off-road parking with remote access, as well as a double garage , .
