She's 105 years old, full of charm, and has a few quirks — but that's part of what makes her so special. 5 minute walk to the cutest cafe, 7 minute drive to downtown Caldwell with great restaurants. Very nice property in a quiet rural town. We felt right at home here. The owner, Ashley, was extremely helpful and accommodating. We had an emergency while we were visiting and Ashley really helped us out. I’d recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in the Caldwell Nampa area. It was only a few minute drive to Caldwell. Well worth the trip.
Everything was exactly as we hoped. Clean, comfortable, and great location. Only issue was there were two location pins on the map, but the host cleared it up Only drawback was no table for eating. We sat on the floor & used the coffee table &: used TV trays. Cafe was our main source of food, anyway.Would definitely stay here again!
The cottage was cute, charming and clean. We loved the "old" feel. With a lot of the original fixtures, it took you back in time. We didn't have to sacrifice the modern conveniences! Bed was very comfortable. This by far beats any local hotel available.
Everything was as expected. The interior is impeccably clean. We were in town for a wedding and appreciated small thoughtful touches such as the clothes steamer that we put to good use. The decor is a whimsical vintage style that we liked very much. Outstanding quality mattress and bedding.
The house is very quaint and charming. It does show signs of aging, some of the heaters and lights didn't work. But the beds and sofas are super comfortable and the entire house is just cozy. All things considered it was a pleasurable stay and we would stay there again.
The home was clean and inviting. The host was very responsive, helpful and kind. There were a couple of things that could be changed to make the stay more comfortable such as possibly a larger or different type of hot water tank as we had about 5 min of hot water for a shower so we had to wait between showers for 2 of us so the second person could have hot water. One of the mini splits was not working at all and the second one didn't seem to be putting much heat out so the 3rd one was heating the house and it was chilly but not terrible. Over all pretty nice clean and there are plenty of blankets.

I’m sorry you had an issue. It doesn’t makes any sense because it’s a brand new 50 gallon water heater. We’ve had 6 guest stay at a time (multiple times) and there’s always plenty of hot water for everyone.
This place was so cute and very cozy. We loved the comfortable couch and beds. My kids loved having their own big room with a TV. It’s just as cute as it looks in the photos. I do want to note that if you are over 6’ tall this may not be the best option. My husband is 6’4” and some of the doorways and the shower were much too short for him unless he ducked under.
This property is gorgeous, the owners did a great job remodeling. This is definitely a diamond in the rough. If its available i highly recommend this place, especially if you appreciate restoration. The owners are very responsive and helpful. Make sure you ask about the renovation video its absolutely amazing and you will really appreciate it.
