We are from Chicago and have had a family home in Bonita Springs for over 20 years. We love the unique natural beauty of the gulf, backwaters and rivers of Southwest Florida.
Why they chose this property
Bonita Springs is a small town with multicultural influence. It’s wonderful to be able to walk to town and enjoy coffee, dinner, the library, ice cream or concerts in the park!
What makes this property unique
We are uniquely located on Oak Creek. You can kayak or paddleboard to the Imperial river or sit by the creek for your morning coffee. We are walking distance to town, a short drive from the beach or you can stay home and enjoy the heated pool!
