Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Before leaving, twist the Schlage lock latch back to the horizontal position (LOCKED) so it auto-locks. Please double-check all doors and windows.
Late check-out may be subject to a per hour late check-out fee.
Trash bin is located by the dining room window. Please bring the bin to curb. Green bin for trash (Monday AM pickup). Blue for recycling (Friday AM pickup). Do not use the uncovered bin.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Wonderful and comfortable space! Plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen well stocked for cooking. Comfortable couches that recline. Nice pool and deck. Amazing sunsets over the lake in the back.

Our daughter had surgery and needed to stay in Orlando to recover for a week. The house was clean. The lake view and pool were beautiful. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The owner was very responsive whenever we sent a message and even extended our stay for a later than normal checkout. I would recommend this home.
