To ensure a safe stay, guests may be asked to provide a government-issued ID, confirm contact info, complete a secure verification, or in rare cases, undergo a background check. Info is used only for verification.

• Building Requirement: For building security and registration purposes, the primary booking guest must be at least 21 years old and must be staying at the property for the full reservation. If the person arranging the stay is under 21, the accompanying guest who is 21+ must be the one to book the reservation, be listed as the primary guest, and stay at the property for the entire reservation.
Rental Agreement
By booking, you agree to follow the rental terms, provide your ID, complete verification, and receive check-in instructions after verification. Verification should be done within 24 hours (1 hour for same-day bookings).
Pets
Pets are welcome with prior approval. Cleaning fees per pet: $35/day (1–4 nights), $250 (5–29 nights), $400 (30+ nights).
