Comfortable and tidy airconditioned 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom family home, with a large fenced pool in Nerang. Free wifi and TV access to view games online/TV coverage for when you are not attending games. Very conveniently located to get access to the M1 or Commonwealth Games venues. All venues are easily accessible via our local train/bus station: Nerang Station is a 15min walk, or 5 min bus ride from end of street. Ideal for getting to any of the games venues for Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth games.

Sleeps 4-6 comfortably - maximum 8 if use the lounge sleeper couch.
Master bedroom king size bed with an ensuite bathroom
Bed 1 single bed converts to a king size bed (a second single mattresses available on request)
Bed 2 king single bed with rollout single bed underneath
(Lounge sleeper couch sleeps 2. optional extra)
Main bathroom has shower and separate toilet.
Full laundry washer and dryer.
Parking space for upto 3 cars on property and street parking

A 10 min drive to the local theme parks. 11min drive to Wet n Wild, Movie world and Outback Spectacular and Paradise Country theme parks. A 16min drive to Dreamworld, Whitewater World etc.
A 20 min drive to the beach or we are in the hinterland close to the local nature reserves for countryside walks.

I am a working mum with two kids. I work at Griffith and Bond Universities as a Medical Tutor. My husband works in sport. Born in South Africa I lived in New Zealand for 25 years where I met my husband (a New Zealander). We relocated to the Gold Coast 3 years ago to be near my extended family.

Why they chose this property

It is a very comfortable home, local to the sports venues - no more than 20 min drive from most of them. Easy access to local public transport at the end of the street or the nearby (3km) train station.

What makes this property unique

Has an awesome pool and nice outdoor area for BBQ and relaxation. Has all the amenities critical to the Gold coast. Particularly aircon in main living area and fans in all the rooms. Plus an aircon in the one bedroom for the particularly heat sensitive. Unfortunately not the master bedroom which has a sliding door access to the deck. Free fast Wifi and Netflix.
