If you're looking for a spacious and luxurious home with all the bells and whistles, this 4 bedroom, air conditioned home is just what you are looking for. With a fantastic size swimming pool and two large outdoor area's, you will be able to relax and enjoy your surroundings in style.
The fully appointed kitchen is perfect for those who love to entertain and also opens out onto a fully covered outdoor dining area.
For those of you who are movie buffs or sport enthusiasts there is a massive smart TV in the living area and another in the front area.
With only a short walk up the road to the fabulous beachfront parks, swim in the magnificent waters of Tallebudgera Creek, hire a stand up paddle board or
grab a coffee and breakfast at one of the many cafes in the area.
The whole house is yours....from the 4 spacious bedrooms plus sofa bed, large alfresco dining with BBQ, fully fenced, child safe garden.

We understand your concern regarding the pool temperature during your stay, and we want to clarify that our pool is not advertised as a heated pool. It is mostly in full sunlight, which typically helps to maintain a comfortable temperature. Additionally, the ocean temperature was around 26-27°C during your visit which is what the water temperature is in pools at the same time.
